Man I remember when Overkill was the Hardest difficulty for me to do in Payday 2. Now it's my go to/normal for when I'm testing out new builds with little risk (also for mutators bc those are always fun)

#rex rambles #payday 2 #I was testing my shotgun/grinder/crit build on Overkill a lot today #I like it #he or incendiary rounds are amazing if you're not going for flamethrower secondary #I've been using the izuma 12 modded for concealment and micro uzi #(the micro I use on all my dodge with silencers- primarily it's for dealing with Dozers)#Dodge is kind of useless on that build so i go for crits and well placed offense to crowd control #I even tried it on Mayhem and it worked well too #kept getting downed by goddamn cloakers but I don't hold that against myself #I would not bring that build on hox breakout day 1 tho #most dsod I'd just bring my full dodge/crit for insurance #You won't need as much healing if you don't get hurt in the first place amirite?#I dislike stoic and anarchist builds bc that's almost pure offense and uh. Not my playstyle #I prefer playing defensively tbh #go to bed rex
